If you ordered printables, and have not received them, please check the following:
  • Is the email address you provided set up to receive email from service@k2printables.com?
  • Do your email security settings allow attachments?
  • All printables are emailed. None are sent via U. S. Postal mail.
  • I make multiple attempts to send your printables to the email address you provide.
  • K2 Printables assumes no liability for hardware or software problems on the purchaser's machine.

After checking the above issues, please send an email to service@k2printables.com to request that your printables be resent. Include the original email address, title of printable kit(s) ordered, and the receipt number from PayPal.

How Your Printables Arrive

All kits are sent by email within 48 hours of purchase (with the exception of the Great Beginnings CD, which is shipped to the physical address you provide).
Most kits are in PDF format. Others are in MS Word format. Please check to see that the email address you submit to PayPal is current, and  its security settings allow attachments. AOL Users: Please add (service@k2printables.com) to your allow list for email.  Invalid or blocked email addresses prevent you from receiving your files in a timely manner.
